WAND Sensors

Their thin, battery-free design allows for seamless integration under insulation, coatings, and composite repairs. Activated wirelessly by a WAND data collector, these sensors provide highly accurate and reproducible wall thickness readings from the exact same location each time, ensuring consistency and precision in monitoring. Each sensor comes with a unique RFID for traceability and automated data management.

WAND-HDC (Handheld Data Collector)

The WAND Handheld Data Collector (WAND-HDC) is an intuitive tool that wirelessly activates WAND sensors to collect thickness readings in less than a second. The user-friendly interface displays the wall thickness, ultrasonic A-scan, and sensor RFID information, making it easy for anyone to perform ultrasonic thickness measurements with just the press of a button.

WAND-RDC (Remote Data Collector)

The WAND Remote Data Collector (WAND-RDC) is a robust, intrinsically safe (ATEX Zone 0 rated), battery-powered device capable of managing up to 8 WAND sensors. It can be programmed to collect ultrasonic thickness data at predefined intervals and schedules, which can then be retrieved wirelessly using long-range Bluetooth technology.

WAND-Online Service

The WAND-Online service offers a fully digitalized approach to corrosion monitoring. Through our cloud-based iDART software, users can access accurate, real-time wall thickness measurements remotely, significantly reducing the need for on-site personnel.
